The charity is called A Stroke of Luck.
They support people who had a stroke.
A stroke is an illness in which part of the brain loses its blood supply.
A Stroke of Luck helps stroke survivors recover.
They provide advice and exercise support.
Craig Pankhurst started the charity after his stroke in 2018.
He was an international swimmer and successful business owner before his stroke.
The Stroke of Luck sneakers are white with green, amber, and red stripes.
The Meaning of A Stoke of Luck's Colors
The stripes on the sneakers are green, amber and red.
These are the same colors as traffic lights.
Green means go.
Amber means slow down.
Red means stop.
Craig Pankhurst thought of using green, amber, and red to explain feelings.
People recovering from stroke sometimes feel very tired.
They can use the colors to explain how they are feeling.
This gave Craig the idea to design the sneakers with the same colors.

They created them together with the organization called the Stroke Association.
All the videos together are 12-week exercise program.
You don't have to pay to watch the videos.
